Shipping and processing time can take 5-7 days.
Please note that shipping and processing time are two different things.
Processing time is the time that it takes for our system to receive and validate your chosen payment method. IF your payment method is declined you will be notified upon attempting to check out. Also, processing time is the time it takes for us to safely package your order.
Shipping time: is the time that it takes for our shipping carrier to get your product to you. Once the product has left our warehouse and you have received your valid tracking number we are no longer responsible for your package. Be sure to check your tracking number frequently to follow the arrival of your item(s). If there are any issues with your tracking number; please contact us via email.
Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are as follows:
If you have any issues with sizing (rings) please contact us via email for a size exchange. Items must be in new condition and not damaged. You must contact us 5 days after receiving your products in order to get an exchange. You will be charged a $12 fee to cover the shipping and restocking cost. We CANNOT ship out your exchange until we have the original product back in our care. Please note that we do have ring sizers available for purchase. If you are uncertain of your ring size? We STRONGLY suggest that you purchase a ring sizer first.
Returns are as follows:
Please note that you have 5 days to return any items that you have purchased and would like to return. They must be in the same condition as they were when purchased and not damaged. Damage includes but is not limited to (scratches, dents or scrapes of any sort.) You will be charged a $12 fee to cover the shipping and restocking cost. Once the item is back in our care, we will initiate a refund to the card that you paid with. Which could take up to 5-7 days depending on your bank/card issuer.
Product lost, damaged or stolen?
If your package is lost, damaged or stolen you can contact us via email [threetwntyfour@gmail.com] PLEASE allow 2-3 business days for a response. As we stated before once the package leaves our care we are no longer responsible/liable for your item(s). But if there are any issues receiving your package we will do our best to work with you and resolve the issue. You also have the option to file a claim with UPS if the terms apply.
Entered the wrong address, incorrect name spelling or card information?
We are absolutely not responsible for any of the information that you incorrectly put into our website. Please make sure all of the information that you input is 100% valid and belongs to you.
